Ready cooked beans are a staple to have in the freezer and these are packed with sea mineral nutrition and flavor. You’ll be happy you have a pint of these ready-to-go.
~Adzuki beans are small, red and have a slightly nutty and sweet flavor compared to other beans. They are a staple of the macrobiotic diet – they’re extremely fortifying and keep the body warm during the cooler months. Cooking the beans with kombu enhances the taste of the beans and adds minerals, making this dish simple nourishment at its best. These beans add flavor and earthy substance to all the other items on the menu, but can be enjoyed equally on their own. Reheat in a pot on the stovetop.~
We’ve added a WOW factor to our already delicious lime pudding. There’s a bottom layer made with almond flour, walnuts, dates and a touch of ground ginger for a sweet bite to the crust. Then each container is filled with our creamy lime pudding that’s just so perfectly lime-y and marvelous. For the final touch we’ll add a toasted coconut and macadamia nut crumble. This is a full sensory experience not to be missed. One container will easily satisfy two people – maybe. 🙂
This is nothing like any nut butter you’ve bought from a store. It’s fresh, decadent, earthy, and incredibly satisfying. It’s made with the perfect ratio of all the most nutritious organic nuts and seeds. No rancid oils or added sugars. Hard to believe that something so nutrient-dense could taste this good. Our favorite way to eat it is on a piece of dark chocolate or right off of the spoon when you need a snack. Because our nut butter is made to order each week in small batches, it’s fresh and, therefore, MUCH tastier – we guarantee you will be able to tell the difference.
We’ve created this special festive granola blend using local Lindley Mills organic oats that includes pistachio nuts with their bright, pine-y flavor, juicy dried apricots and perfectly bitter cacao nibs. It’s a combination that just works. We bake this granola in small batches with quality organic ingredients and you can truly taste, see and smell the difference. You can pour a little warm milk over it on a cold winter’s morning or sprinkle some into a bowl of oatmeal for additional flavor and texture. It’s a great item to have stocked in your pantry for a busy morning or a midday snack. This granola will keep for a month in an airtight container.
