We’re making a delicious new noodle dish packed with local herbs and radish from Red’s Quality Acre and local cucumber and cabbage from Happy Dirt. The dressing is punchy and creamy and full of tahini goodness that enhances the freshness of the crunchy veg and herbs. Serve alongside the beef meatballs with a touch of avocado sauce or with the veg sides for a plants-only plate. Serve cold and feel extremely satisfied.
