This slaw really ties the menu together – it provides freshness, color, crunch, citrusy tang, and lots of flavor. Jicama is a mildly sweet, crunchy, white tuber grown in Central and South America that’s delicious raw. And with julienned organic carrots, organic local cabbage, a honey lime dressing, and an abundance of toasted chili maple cashews on top, this slaw is sure to please. Eat cold, add to a taco or rice bowl – and be sure to dollop on the guacamole for extra enjoyment!

These mashed sweets are the essence of fall and so incredibly delicious. We dialed in the orange, butter and nutmeg perfectly. Defrost, warm up in a pan with a touch of water or butter, and enjoy.
These local sweet potatoes are a staple of any plate you’ll make during the week of Thanksgiving. The sweetness of orange combined with melted pastured butter and warming spices makes this an exceptional mash. Enjoy alongside all the other fixings or warmed up as a snack with a sprinkle of flaky salt for extra indulgence. Reheat in a saucepan over medium heat with a touch of water, stirring.
First, we’ll make a compote with organic cranberries and navel oranges, then blend it with coconut milk and chia to make a creamy pudding that might just be our favorite one yet. It’s soothing, energizing and packed with nutrition. The healthy fat from the coconut milk is so satisfying, while the vitamin C and other micronutrients from these native superfood berries will fortify you for the day. We’ll top each container with caramelized pecans, GC-style, made with just coconut oil and a touch of maple syrup. Eat anytime of day on its own or mix with a little granola for extra texture and crunch.
We’re bringing you another hemp milk deluxe! We’ll blend organic cherries with ashwagandha, an Ayurvedic herb that’s known for its adaptation healing properties and promoting restorative sleep. If you’ve never had freshly made hemp milk, you’re in for a treat. Hemp milk is considered the best milk alternative for many reasons – it’s high in omega-3 fatty acids, essential minerals and protein while also being low in carbohydrates. And growing hemp is good for the planet, helping to regenerate the soil and purify the air – pretty amazing. Hemp milk has a slightly nutty flavor and a nice light and creamy texture. We lightly sweeten our hemp milk with dates and never add any fillers, gums, or stabilizers like you’ll find in store-bought varieties, so shake it up before pouring. Serve cold with our granola for the perfect breakfast or snack. You can also pour over your cereal of choice, add to oatmeal or use as the base of a smoothie or drink as is. The options are endless. This creamy delicious elixir features the immune supporting and anti-inflammatory power of turmeric. We’ll blend organic turmeric from Fiji with fresh ginger root to make a tea and blend it with a touch of cardamom, cloves and black pepper. (Did you know that there’s an anti-inflammatory compound called piperine in black pepper that enhances the body’s absorption of turmeric’s antioxidants by 2,000%? They’re a powerhouse pair!) This golden nectar is then mixed with a combination of our housemade cashew milk and coconut milk to create the perfect amount of creaminess. Add a touch of natural sweetener, such as honey or maple syrup, if you prefer a sweeter beverage. Gently reheat on the stovetop and drink in the soothing power of turmeric.
